Large-screen televisions, framed artwork and fragile sculptural pieces are packed in purpose-built boxes with fitted foam inserts and corner protectors. These absorb the impact that a standard box cannot handle. Where original manufacturer packaging is available, we recommend using it.
Acid-Free and Archival Materials
Original paintings, prints and works on paper are wrapped in acid-free tissue before any other packing material is applied. This prevents chemical transfer from standard packaging materials, which can cause permanent damage to paint, paper and canvas over time.
Securing Items in the Truck
Once loaded, specialty items are secured with furniture straps and positioned away from heavier cargo. Flat artwork is kept vertical throughout the move. Items that cannot be stacked are loaded last and unloaded first.

The crew arrives at the agreed time and walks through the space with you. We confirm the items to be moved, check the route from each item to the truck, and identify any tight corners, stairs, or elevator requirements before any packing begins.
Packing and Preparation
Each item is packed individually using the appropriate materials. Floor and wall protection is set up along the route before anything is moved. This step takes longer than a standard move, and that time is built into the job.
Loading and Transport
Items are loaded carefully, secured with straps and positioned to minimize movement during transit. The crew communicates throughout the loading process to make sure nothing is rushed.
Delivery and Placement
At the destination, items are unloaded in reverse order. Each piece is placed in the room and in the position you specify. Packing materials are removed, and the item is inspected together with you before the crew leaves.
