  • Believe it or not there is an art to packing moving boxes, you may not notice when you do it right but you will definitely notice if you do it wrong. When packing small boxes for Calgary moving you should stack books and pictures vertically to avoid unnecessary empty space. Then place magazines on top horizontally to fill up the box to the top. This will prevent the box from collapsing so its contents won’t be damaged. For extra protection you should double tape the bottom of the box. These boxes are usually used for the base so it is not recommended to pack fragile items in this box.
  • As the residents of Alberta pray for rain to fall, fire bans have been implemented in 35 parks and recreation areas in the province. The fire bans prohibit use of all wood, briquette and propane or natural gas fires, including those contained in designated fire facilities and portable fire pits.
